Studio Policies

Last Updated and Effective Date - 3/18/26

  • Please arrive 10 minutes before class. If it is your first time, connect with your instructor upon entry to the studio to discuss any injuries, pregnancies, or modifications and to review studio equipment.

  • Please be on your mat at class start time.  This is done for your safety and out of respect for all clients. We do not allow late entry for any first time clients, and your mat may be given away as a returning client to someone on the waitlist.

  • Mat classes labeled HEATED use infrared heat technology to warm your core; the room can reach 85-95 degrees Fahrenheit.

    • We provide mats in all mat classes, however you are welcome to BYO.

    • Grippy socks in mat classes. Cycling shoes in cycle classes. Grippy socks in reformer classes. No sneakers, no exceptions, for sanitary reasons.

  • To keep the studio running efficiently, we can not reverse cancellations or no-shows, please do not be the ask to be the exception.

  • If you do not want to be at risk of paying a late fee, we recommend waiting to sign up for class until you are at the studio.

  • Cancellations less than 12 hours (DRIP+ membership) or less than 6 hours (DRIP PREMIUM) before class start time incur a $15 charge or loss of credit (all other memberships and packages). This includes same day reservation changes.

NO EXCEPTIONS FOR UNFORSEEN CIRCUMSTANCES

  • To keep the studio running efficiently, we can not reverse cancellations or no-shows, please do not be the ask to be the exception.

  • We understand that life can be unpredictable. However, in order to maintain consistency, fairness, and operational stability, we do not offer credits, refunds on late cancel fees or no show fees, extensions, or rescheduling for missed classes due to:

    • Illness or injury

    • Work conflicts

    • Travel delays

    • Family emergencies

    • Weather conditions

    • Transportation issues

    • Personal schedule changes

    • Illness of a child or if childcare falls through

    • Any other unforeseen circumstances

  • This policy applies equally to all clients without exception, including situations where a waitlist exists, an open spot is readily available in a different class, or when requesting a same-day class time change. As a small business, we operate with limited class sizes, scheduled instructors, and fixed overhead costs. Each reserved spot directly impacts staffing, payroll, and studio operations.

  • Offering exceptions — even for understandable or unforeseen circumstances — creates inconsistency, administrative strain, and financial instability for a small studio. In order to remain sustainable, fair, and able to continue serving our community at a high level, we must apply this policy consistently to every client without exception. If you do not want to be at risk of paying a late fee, we recommend waiting to sign up for class until you are at the studio.‍ ‍

WAITLIST

  • The waitlist can move quickly the closer it gets to class time so please do not add yourself to a waitlist if you are not willing to manage your place on it, all the way up until class start time. Please check the status of your reservation through our app frequently. Most often, late cancels occur in the final minutes before class or in the overnight hours.

  • Do not rely on an email or text notification to alert you that you were added to class. Check your status in the app. We are not responsible if you miss an an email or text notification.

  • You should remove yourself from a waitlist at any point in time you no longer wish to actively check your status. You will never be penalized for canceling yourself from a waitlist.

  • If you do make it into class, even if it is just minutes before class or in the overnight hours while you are sleeping, a no show or late cancel will be penalized as a normal reservation would be.

  • If you do not remove yourself from the waitlist and do not make it into class, the system will return your credit to your account in about 24 hours. If you wish to use that credit toward a different reservation on the same day, it is best practice to remove yourself from the class before class time so the system does not tie up your credit.

TECHNOLOGY BLACKOUT & FILMING

  • Use of electronics is not permitted in any studio room. Please step outside for any emergency text messages or calls. If you have a smart watch, please make sure the display is turned off during class to not disturb other clients. Out of respect for other clients who may wish to enjoy privacy while attending class, filming during class is not permitted without permission from the instructor leading class and if/when approved, should never include other clients.

HEALTH + SAFETY

  • The safety of our community is our #1 priority. We sanitize after every class and utilize hand sanitizing systems.

PRENATAL/POSTNATAL CLIENTS

  • Exercising while pregnant or postnatal is a personal determination for expecting clients and their doctors. If you are cleared for exercise and choose to join us, each of our class formats at The DRIP is pregnancy and postpartum friendly. The DRIP was founded by two women who taught and took classes all throughout their multiple pregnancies and we have pregnant women, including instructors, in class all the time! We highly recommend having  a conversation with your instructor before class, during any stage of pregnancy/postpartum, so they can help with any modifications that might be needed to make our movement feel more comfortable and efficient based on your body’s changing needs.

INFRARED HEATED CLASSES

  • Any classes labeled HEATED on the schedule utilize infrared heat technology, which is excellent for general detoxification but can raise your core temperature slightly, and a conversation you should have with your doctor regarding any potential health risks or contraindications, including pregnancy or other conditions. The room temperature can fluctuate between 85-95 degrees Fahrenheit.

You are able to guest in other clients one class at a time when using a class package or monthly class package membership, but this does not apply to DRIP+ or DRIP Premium memberships.

If you are a DRIP PREMIUM member, please cancel in the app or email your studio at any time.

  • We can freeze your membership as long as it is for a period of at least 14 days. We must have a start and end date to initiate the freeze, so please include these dates when emailing in your request.

CHARGEBACKS

  • We are very responsive and accommodating when it comes to charges that are inaccurate, or triggered in error by clients themselves. If we receive a chargeback from you, you will no longer be welcome to the studio. Chargebacks hurt small business every time. It is much easier to send an email to our studio and get it sorted out from the source than to call your credit card company.
