KNOW BEFORE YOU DRIP
Please arrive 10 minutes before class to check in. DOORS LOCK AT CLASS TIME. This is done for your safety and out of respect for all clients.
You must be 18 years old or older to DRIP. We ask that all clients update their account with a credit card to ensure a contactless environment.
Please sign up for class using your own account.
Our cycling bikes accommodate both SPD and delta clips for cycling shoes.
We encourage you to bring your own towel.
HEALTH + SAFETY
The safety of our community is our #1 priority. We sanitize after every class, use an air purification system, keep social distance between all bikes and mats, and utilize hand sanitizing systems.
TECHNOLOGY BLACKOUT
No electronics are allowed in the studio room. If you have a smart watch, please make sure the display is turned off during class to not disturb other clients.
CANCELLATION + NO-SHOW POLICY
Please note, if you have not checked-in 2 minutes before class, your spot may be given away to someone on the waitlist.
Cancellations
You must cancel your class with at least 12 hours notice prior to class start time in order to return the class credit to your account for future use (package holders) or avoid an automatic $10 late cancel to the credit card on file (unlimited members).
No-Shows
Single Classes, Class Packages, Recurring Packages: If you do not show up to class and do not cancel, your class will be deducted from your account. Unlimited Memberships: If you do not show up to class and do not cancel, you will be automatically charged $15 to your card on file.
RETURN + REFUND POLICY
We do NOT offer refunds on any classes, memberships, apparel or merchandise. We do NOT offer extensions on single classes, class packages, or memberships.
TRANSFERS
All single classes, class packages, and memberships are non-transferable. All class credits must be used by the original purchasing client.
MEMBERSHIPS
Contracts are billed on a monthly recurring basis.Contracts are no commitment. To cancel your membership or skip a month, a 7-day notice is required. Email hello@thedrip.fitness to cancel or skip.Memberships begin on date of purchase.Memberships may not be frozen in the middle of a billing cycle for less than two weeks.
LOST + FOUND
THE DRIP is NOT responsible for any lost or stolen items in the studio.Please email hello@thedrip.fitness for any items you may have left behind.
